A classic and easy way to get into the Valentine’s spirit: keep the eyes simple and apply a swipe of bold pink lipstick, like Abbey Stojanovic did here. She used Anastasia’s Dipbrow in Medium Brown to groom her bold brows, Sigma’s Wicked Gel Liner for that crisp wing and Dose of Color’s Liquid Lipstick in Pinky Promise.
Mariah Leonard is pretty in pink, and those glossy lids are so on trend for 2016. This is a pretty bold look, but the monochromatic, soft color palette keeps it wearable. She used Sephora x Pantone’s Modern Watercolors Palette on her eyes (with Sephora’s Rose Quartz Lip Gloss on top for that glossy effect) and Sephora’s Rose Quartz Lipstick (Pantone’s 2016 Color of the Year) on her lips.
Want to up the glamour? Try classic red, like Maryam Maquillage. This look is perfect for the holidays, Valentine’s Day or any time you want to go full glam. She used Makeup Geek’s Vegas Lights Palette on her eyes and theBalm’s Meet Matte Hughes Liquid Lipstick in Devoted. This is one of the most comfortable, long-lasting liquid lipsticks ever – definitely give it a try.
Jade Marie’s look is the kind of look a Kardashian would probably go for on Valentine’s Day: glowing, glam, contoured and sexy. She used Make Up For Ever’s Ultra HD Foundation for her flawless skin, Huda Beauty’s Sasha lashes and Jeffree Star’s Celebrity Skin on her lips with a swipe of clear gloss on top.
Pink on pink – love this combination of shimmery pink lips with a muted pink lip by Teena of @BeautyByTtee. She used BH Cosmetics’ Dark Rose Palette and ColourPop’s Bubbly other lids and Anastasia’s Dusty Rose on her lips.
Christen Dominique used all drugstore products for this simple and pretty Valentine’s look. This is the perfect look if you want to look polished, but not super dramatic. Some of the products she used include LA Girl Pro Concealer, Maybelline’s FaceStudio Master Contour and the new NYX Lip Lingerie in Embellishment.
Carli Bybel shares two Valentine’s looks in this tutorial: one that is soft and romantic, another that’s a bit more sultry and glam. Whichever your preference, both are undeniably stunning. In the first look, she used Anastasia’s Blush Liquid Lipstick. In the second, she went with Anastasia’s Pure Hollywood.
Have a big night planned for Valentine’s? Go full glam with shimmery gold eyes and bold red lips. Leyla Rose used Makeup Geek’s Asteroid Sparkler and Dose of Color’s Merlot on her lips. Liquid lipstick is a great idea for Valentine’s Day: dinner-proof, drink-proof, kiss-proof!
This short video is definitely the funniest Valentine’s tutorial out there — Samantha Ravndahl’s sense of humor is #1. The look itself – shimmery lids and muted pink lips – is beautiful and would work on every skin tone.
