Desi Perkins’ daring and bright look is #MakeupGoals. This seriously stunning look was created using a combination of the Makeup Geek x Manny MUA Palette and Melt’s Radioactive Stack on her eyes, plus Dose of Colors’ Pinky Promise on her lips.
Teni Panosian tends to stick to neutrals when it comes to makeup, which is why this ombre eyeliner is so refreshing! She created the colorful wings with a combination of shadows from the Urban Decay Vice 4 Palette and Make Up For Ever’s Aqua Seal. By mixing shadows and Aqua Seal, you get a liner-like consistency that’s very easy to work with.
