There are countless beauty blogs out there – from ones focused on reviews to specific categories like nails and drugstore brands – and we wanted to give a shout-out to some of our current favorites. One of the best things about working in this industry is that there’s always something new to discover…these may be our faves right now, but there will always be something interesting to add to the list!

Batalash Beauty – We discovered Batalash Beauty through their Instagram page (@batalashbeauty). It’s basically two girls, Samantha and Angela, taking fun beauty risks and experimenting with different eye looks and ideas. It doesn’t hurt that they are incredibly talented, plus they mention all the products they use and post step-by-step tutorials and videos.

Beauty O-50 – This blog caters to women who want to age gracefully, and features reviews of the best anti-aging skincare and makeup out there. It’s never too early to start taking care of your skin, and we firmly believe this a great blog for women of ANY age.

Miss Ladyfinger – There are not enough words to describe how much we adour this blog, especially around Fashion Week! Taryn, aka Miss Ladyfinger, creates manicures inspired by looks straight from the runway. The intricate and unique patterns are just gorgeous – plus, she posts steps for how you can create the looks yourself (and makes it look so easy)!

Nouveau Cheap – If you want the 411 on the latest in drugstore beauty, Nouveau Cheap is your go-to. From Revlon to Rimmel to Almay, this site has the entire budget beauty spectrum covered. Along with reviews and new product releases, the blog posts about sales and coupons for the bargain hunter!

The Makeup Blogger – Christina Farrell, better known as The Makeup Blogger, features makeup tips, product reviews and celeb-inspired looks. One feature of the site that really sets it apart, though, is the Try On Studio, where you can virtually experiment with different makeup, hairstyles and nail colors. Be careful…it’s easy to spend a bit too much time in the virtual studio!

Temptalia – If you’re even slightly into beauty, you’ve probably heard of Temptalia. It is arguably the most comprehensive beauty product review site on the web. Christine, the face of the site, is a true professional who provides swatches and HONEST reviews – if she’s not crazy about a product, she’ll tell you and give a detailed reason as to why. You’ll never waste your money on a disappointing product again!

Rouge18 – “Beauty blogs should be just as entertaining as they are informative.” That’s Amber Katz’s description of her site, and we must say it’s definitely accurate! Rouge18 mixes humor with fashion, beauty and wellness news.

Makeup and Beauty Blog – Much like Temptalia, this site features swatches and product reviews of the latest products. Simply love the tone that the blogger, Karen, takes. She has a very positive attitude, and it radiates off the screen. A great blog to check out.

ThisThatBeauty – This blog has everything – product reviews and first looks, interviews with beauty professionals and knowledgable tips and tricks. We adour that there’s always something new and exciting on the site.
